Subway runs out of stuff
I have a constant love-hate relationship with Subway. I enjoy the subs, especially for their value, but it seems as if they are always running out of stuff. This is not only one location, as I have had this issue at numerous Subways. They're often out of several varieties of bread, types of subs, and toppings.
I recall one trip where they were out of tomatoes. When I mentioned this to a friend, he made a quip "That's like running out of bread!" Well, today the unthinkable happened. Tonight, on a road trip back from Tampa Bay I waited anxiously for a Subway. I had no choice but to have fast food for dinner, and I was looking to take the healthy route.
I finally see the sign for Subway and pull off the freeway. I fill up my gas tank first, use the bathroom, and then head inside. I noticed the workers were just sitting around, not even behind the counter. How lazy, I thought. Then I notice a piece of paper taped to the sneeze-guard. It read "Out of bread, Sorry...Management." They actually managed to run out of bread at this Subway, making it absolutely impossible for them to make any type of sub.
Furious, I made my way over to McHeartAttack and had a McDiabetesExplosion. How do you run out of bread at a sub shop?!?!

That's epic. Last time I had Subway I got food poisoning (like 2 years ago) and haven't been back since. Also, I think my hands would be cleaner before washing them at a gas station bathroom lol
